At Ambre Blends, we take pride in the quality of our handcrafted essence products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges on unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items to prevent damage during transit and include your RA number inside the box before shipping it back to our facility.
Processing and Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
